No Smoking. I lost 4lbs in weight. And I am not angry and horrible to everyone. I can't believe it is this easy, you must be inundated with clients.

My Friend wants to know can you use this method for chocolate, she is very serious about this I said I don't know but would ask..

Just to give you a quick update the treatment.

All is going well. Only had 2 thoughts yesterday about smoking and none today. Really couldn't have smoked yesterday anyway, even if the cravings had been physical and overwhelming!!!!! Feels a little odd not to have a physical cravings, but over the moon ( and so is my husband) that I haven't lit up and don't want to either.
