Appointments:

All appointments made are subject to a £50 deposit payable in advance of the appointment. Refunds for cancellation will only be made in the event of notification to smokingrelief.co.uk of such cancellation no less than 3 working days prior to the appointment. The full balance of the therapy fee is payable by or at the appointment.

Treatment will only be carried out subject to a questionnaire thoroughly and honestly completed, on the understanding that full disclosure has been made of relevant medical history and that all pre-appointment instructions have been complied with. No warranty is given as to the successfull outcome of treatment and treatment is only given on the understanding that full responsibility is taken by the subject for adherence to post-treatment requirements and no liability is accepted in respect thereof.

Late arrivals to appointments may be subject to cancellation delay or re-appointment as available at the discretion of Smokingrelief.co.uk.
